I’m Jessica Bigogno, a UK-qualified psychologist specialising in psychotherapy. For the past 16 years, I’ve lived in Barcelona, where I’ve built a private practice helping English, Italian and Spanish speakers find balance, clarity, and strength. Over these years I’ve also delivered MBSR courses and evidence based corporate workshops to international clients, blending clinical expertise with deep experience in workplace wellbeing.
I work with scientifically-based approaches—including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Therapy, and NLP—that have been proven to reduce anxiety, depression, and stress.
My belief is this: therapy is a partnership. Think of life’s challenges as climbing a mountain. We are both climbing ours. But I can see aspects of your mountain that you may not yet see, and I can guide you around the obstacles and onto the path that leads you toward the life you want.
